We aim to make your wedding as hassle free as possible by sorting out everything from the design to installation and clear down. This means that you get to enjoy the build up to your wedding spending it with family and friends rather than setting everything up.

Studio Rouge Photography — To Start

After you contact Hibiscus & Hodge, I will be in touch to organise your free initial consultation. This usually involves a telephone or zoom meeting. I will use this time to get to know you and discover your personal style and overall vision for your big day. I love to listen to your stories and inspirations and will work with you to turn these ideas into floral designs that reflect you as a couple.

After our initial meeting, I will bring all of our ideas together and present you with a bespoke design proposal encompassing our initial ideas with unique touches to make your wedding or event flowers extra special. Once you’re happy with the overall design and scheme a small booking is taken to secure our services for your wedding day.

Sophie Jane Photo and Film — In-between Bits

I’m always on hand to answer any questions and talk through your ideas when it comes to your wedding planning. Once your date is secured with us we can set up a shared whatsapp group and Pinterest board to stay in contact and keep ideas flowing. I will also liaise with any other suppliers and your wedding planner if one is employed. I like to keep the design process relaxed and imaginative, allowing you to have as much or little input into the final concept as you like, ensuring together we create a design that is distinctive and memorable. A month before your wedding, I will be in contact again to talk through your plans and make any final alternations to the designs. Your final bill will also be due around this time

Siobhan Beales Photography — The Big Day

When your wedding arrives my team and I will be at your venue early to begin transforming the space while you immerse yourself in your special day. On the day I will be on hand to oversee every last flowery detail and I will personally hand deliver your bridal bouquet to ensure every element is perfect.
As we only work with a limited number of clients each year you can be assured your event will have our full and undivided attention. After your day if needed we come and clear down all the arrangements and wrap them up into bouquets for you to take away. Anything hired from us is then collected by us and taken away.
More importantly though we love to keep in touch with you and love to see those wedding photos!

Drew Bucklar weddings — We work on a bespoke basis with our clients but please note we have a minimum spend of £1,500.

Appointments are usually evening and weekends and there are limited appointments per month.

Once you book your appointment and fill out your questionnaire, it automatically books the details into our calendar and will send you a zoom link. If you have chose the phone call option we will then call you at your allocated date and time.

If we do not have your date is not available we will get in touch to let you know
